Brut Vintage Reserva
Brut Vintage Reserva is a high-quality, unsweetened Cava from which only the free-run juice is used. It undergoes a temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks using selected yeast, and each variety is vinified separately before final blend, bottling and secondary fermentation.
Tasting Notes
This is a well balanced cava, with both acidity and body. It is a pale yellow, barely tinged with green and has a quick-rising fine bubble that forms a good crown. It has fruity notes of apple and pear and a nice citric backdrop on the palate. It has a pleasingly long finish.
