Trepat and Garnacha grapes are picked, and the expression of this wine is due not only to the grape varieties but also their terroir, the climate and the vineyards in which they grow, in Tarragona. They are macerated with their skins for some ten hours before sediment is removed and fermentation begins.
Strawberry-colored, bright and with medium-sized bubbles that form a good crown. With its low fermentation temperatures of 15 to 17°C, it is aromatic and fruity, with rich floral aromas of red fruits, pomegranate, dried figs and dates and a touch of bay leaf with good harmony which arise from its aging. On the palate it is fresh and light, soft and appealing, and the tastes of red fruits typical of this denomination of origin are present.

Recommended serving temperature: 6-8°C
with appetizers, ideal for mild meats, rice and pastas.
