Organic Brut Rosé
This 100% Garnacha Rosé is grown organically in Valencia. This older variety had largely been uprooted and areas replanted, but we are recovering its rightful place with this Cava.
Tasting Notes
This is a bright red cava with the color of redcurrants, with fine bubbles and persistent foam. It has an intense aroma of strawberries with notes of yogurt. It has a creamy texture, with a crisp and balanced acidity

Recommended serving temperature: 6-8°C
Pairings
Pairs well with seafood and as an aperitif. It also works well for rice and pasta dishes as well as fondue.
