This cava is a great expression of the region, made up of three grape varieties from the Cava region: Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada. It is a fresh cava with a light acidity and that has a delightful bouquet.
Tasting Notes
It is yellow in color with gold highlights. It is clean, clear and bright with medium-sized bubbles. In the nose it is pure and clean and has white flowers, fresh fruit and a touch of subtle citrus. It is well-structured in the mouth, fresh and has a soft acidity.
