This cava gets its aromas and fruity notes from the Trepat and Garnacha grapes, vinified separately, after destemming and pressing together with the skins to obtain a rosé. The first fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature and lasts between 10 and 12 days before the second fermentation in the bottle.
It is bright, pale, strawberry pink in colour with abundant medium-sized bubbles that rise quickly to form a good crown. The nose is fruity, floral with a hint of herbs and dried fruits. It is elegant and on the palate it is light, smooth and appetising.
