1. Promotion is open to residents of the Republic of Ireland who are aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter (Freixenet Copestick Limited), their immediate family members or anyone professionally associated with this promotion.

• Purchase is not required.  Internet access, a Meta account and email account are required.

• Maximum one entry per person, per week.  Maximum one prize per person.

• Promotion Period: Participate before 23:59 on 1 December 2025.

• To participate: See the Facebook (Freixenet account) or Instagram (@FreixenetUK) post or story containing the promotion details and find the entry form.  Complete the entry form with your name, email address and date of birth. All entries received during the Promotion Period will be submitted into the prize draw. 

• Prizes: There are six Prizes, as follows:
  • One Main Prize: 1 x €1,000 Monica Vinader gift voucher to spend in-store or online.  Must be used within 12 months.  Full terms available here;  
  • One Second Prize: 1 x €500 Monica Vinader gift voucher to spend in-store or online.  Must be used within 12 months.  Full terms available here;
  • Four x Third Prizes: 4 x €250 Monica Vinader gift voucher to spend in-store or online.  Must be used within 12 months.  Full terms available here.

The prize pool does not exceed €2,500.

1. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize, or part of a prize, for an alternative of equal or greater value.
2. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide correct, up-to-date details when entering the promotion and on acceptance of their prize. The Promoter cannot be held responsible for winners failing to supply accurate information which affects prize acceptance or delivery of their prize.
3. The Promoter encourages responsible drinking and would direct consumers to read www.drinkaware.ie for more information.
4. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Meta.  Any personal data you supply under this promotion is supplied to the Promoter and not to Meta.  Your use of Meta to participate in this promotion is subject to the Meta terms and conditions, given here and here (Instagram).
5. Winner Selection:  All valid entries received before the end of the Promotion Period will be submitted into a prize draw to be conducted by using a random number generator function on all valid entries under the supervision of an independent person within 5 working days of the end of the Promotion Period. One Main Prize winner, One Second Prize winner and Four Third Prize winners together with ten reserves will be selected at this time.
6. Winner notification:  The provisional winners will be notified within 5 working days of the winner selection by email to the email address associated with the winning entry.  Winners must respond to the initial communication within 10 working days confirming compliance with these terms and conditions and eligibility (residency, proof of age). If a winner does not comply with this timeframe they will be disqualified and a reserve winner will be contacted. 
7. Unclaimed Prize:  If, despite the best efforts of the Promoter, a prize remains unclaimed after offering to at least two reserve winners, the Promoter shall not be obliged to allocate the prize but may withdraw it from the promotion and use it as it sees fit.
8. Prize delivery: All prizes will be delivered by email within 28 days of winner confirmation.
9. Privacy: The Promoter will collect personal information from entrants for the purposes of administering this Promotion and will share this personal information with its marketing agency who will be assisting with the administration of the Promotion and fulfilling the prize.  Personal data of entrants will not be used for marketing purposes unless the entrant specifically opts in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. By entering this promotion, entrants agree to the collection and use of their personal data in this manner. The Promoter is bound by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Act 2018 (as amended) and all applicable laws and holds personal data in accordance with the terms set out in its privacy policy and its cookie policies, available at https://freixenet.com/uk/privacy-policy/ and https://freixenet.com/uk/cookies-policy/. Entrants’ personal data will be stored for 3 months from the end of the Promotion Period, after which it will be securely destroyed. The Participant has the right to access and rectify their personal data and, insofar as applicable, the right to request the deletion of their data and the right to object to the processing of their data. If an entrant exercises any of these rights, it may affect their ability to participate in the Promotion. The participant may exercise these rights or ask any question relating to the management of their personal data by contacting the Promoter by email to the following address: hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk. Any complaints relating to the Promotion should be in email to the same address.  By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to the use of their personal data as described here.
10. The surname and county of residence of the winners of the Prizes will be available by sending an email to hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk with “Freixenet Republic of Ireland Own The Diamond winners” in the subject header to arrive between 15 February and 15 November 2026.  Entrants can object to disclosure, or request that disclosure be limited in scope by contacting to hello@winwithfreixenet.co.uk . In any case, if a regulatory body requests confirmation of the existence of winners, or evidence of receipt of prizes, the Promoter shall be entitled to disclose the information of any winner to the regulatory body only.
