Rioja
This wine is made from a selection of Tempranillo vineyards from Rioja Alavesa and Rioja Alta. The grapes are picked and transported to the winery in small trailers. It is made in a traditional process, with destemming and a light crush followed by pre-fermentation maceration of 48 hours. It then undergoes alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures no higher than 24°C to best preserve the characteristics of this variety.
Tasting Notes
Star bright, a lively, attractive ruby red color with touches of violet. Aromas of fresh red fruits, caramel, blackberry, light notes of vanilla and subtle touches of aromatic herbs. On the palate, it starts fresh with good balance and moderate structure. It has a medium-lasting, soft fruity finish, inviting a further sip.
