Wine and Food Pairings with Slurp

As lockdown begins to ease and restaurants start to reopen, the foodie in us can’t help but get a little excited.

Our friends over at Slurp have started a series of recipes from their favourite restaurants matched with the perfect wine pairings. Don’t forget to keep an eye on their blog for more pairings.

We were excited to see that our Pinot Grigio D.O.C. has been paired with a delicious pasta dish from none other than Novikov restaurant, and they’ve been kind enough to share the recipe with us!

“Wine and Food Pairings”

Try making their Cavatelli with borlotti beans and mussels dish at home and pair it with a cold glass of our Pinot Grigio D.O.C.
