Valentine’s Day is here, and you may be wracking your brains looking for inspiration on what to do. Is it a case of going all out with a bang: balloons and roses at the ready? Or a cosy night in with a film and a glass of red?

Some may think Valentine’s is overrated but whether you are madly in love or not, it provides the perfect excuse to eat delicious food, enjoy different wines and spend time away from the distractions of everyday life.
Here are a few ideas on how to spend your romantic evening:
Set up a date night at home
Order in a takeaway, fish and chips would go perfect with a glass of Pinot Grigio or cook up something fancy like a steak with peppercorn sauce. Set the table with candles, your finest glasses and tableware then add some relaxing background music to really set the mood. Heading out
