5 Mocktail Recipes you'll love all year round
Dry January might over, but that doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy a few tasty mocktails! Thanks to our alcohol free range, you can still enjoy the delicious taste of bubbles without compromise.
Here are five brilliant mocktail recipes for you to try, all alcohol free and all tasting amazing.
SUNRISE MOCKTAIL
Bring some sunshine to the dark winter evenings, with a Sunrise Mocktail.
You will need:
• Orange Juice
• Freixenet Alcohol Free Sparkling White
• Grenadine syrup
• Choice of garnish
Method:
• In a champagne glass, or glass of your choice, pour equal amounts orange juice and your choice of sparkling drink.
• Take the grenadine and slowly pour it into the glass. I like to use a measuring spoon to do this, so I know I am pouring exactly the right amount. Grenadine is very sweet, so you don’t need much.
• Garnish with your choice of fruit.
SPARKLING ROSÉ LEMONADE MOCKTAIL
Perfectly paired with a creamy risotto or salads, this recipe is super easy to follow and tastes amazing.
You will need:
• Freixenet Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé
• Lemonade
• Slices of lemon to garnish
Method:
• Cut and arrange lemon slices in a glass.
• Fill the glass with ice.
• Pour lemonade over ice and top with Freixenet Alcohol Free Rosé.
• Enjoy!

ROSÉ STRAWBERRY MOJITO
Not only does this mocktail look pretty, it tastes pretty great too. Easy to make in just a few simple steps.
You will need:
• Fresh organic strawberries
• 2 limes (for garnish and juice)
• Simple syrup
• Mint leaves
• Freixenet Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé
Method:
• In a glass with ice, pour 230ml of Freixenet Alcohol Free Rosé.
• Crush 2 strawberries and 2 mint leaves in a cup/bowl.
• Add to your Rosé: 30ml strawberry purée, 30ml lime juice, 30ml simple syrup and the crushed strawberries and mint leaves.
• Stir and enjoy!
WATERMELON AND LYCHEE PITCHER
This is a fruity recipe that adds alcohol free sparkling wine to make it feel a little more grown up…
You will need:
• 1 kg watermelon (prepared weight), cut into cubes
• Ice
• 90ml fresh lime juice, plus lime slices to serve
• 120ml lychee syrup
• Freixenet Alcohol Free Sparkling Rosé
Method:
• Blitz the prepared watermelon in a blender until smooth.
• Tip some ice, the lime juice, lime slices, lychee syrup and puréed watermelon into a large pitcher, and stir well.
• Top up with non-alcoholic sparkling wine and stir.
• Serve and enjoy!
VIRGIN MIMOSA
A twist on the classic, this is the easiest of all the recipes to make.
All you will need is:
• Orange juice
• Freixenet Alcohol Free Sparkling White
Method:
• Slowly pour the non-alcoholic sparkling wine or champagne into a tall, thin flute until it is 1/2 way full.
• Pour in orange juice until the glass is full and serve immediately.
