Still Rosé
A refreshing and fruity alcohol-free wine, the result of meticulous technical research and demanding winemaking trials. As a result, despite being free of alcohol, this wine maintains the natural aromas and characteristics of the grapes. In recent years we have further reduced the sugar content.
Tasting Notes
Pale rosé, in the style of Provence. Delicate and lightly scented with notes of rose petal and wild strawberries, raspberries, cherries and mint. Harmonious on the palate, quite fresh and light.
Wine Serving Recommendation
Recommended serving temperature: 5-8°C
Pairings
salt grilled prawns, vegetables with romesco sauce,. summer salads of tomatoes or a bagel with smoked salmon and cream cheese. A strawberry gazpacho would be an excellent pairing. Desserts such as pavlova with red fruit.
