Here are five brilliant mocktail recipes for you to try, all alcohol free and all tasting amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SUNRISE MOCKTAIL
Bring some sunshine to the dark winter evenings, with a Sunrise Mocktail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need:
\u2022 Orange Juice
\u2022 Freixenet Alcohol Removed Sparkling White
\u2022 Grenadine syrup
\u2022 Choice of garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method:
\u2022 In a champagne glass, or glass of your choice, pour equal amounts orange juice and your choice of sparkling drink.
\u2022 Take the grenadine and slowly pour it into the glass. I like to use a measuring spoon to do this, so I know I am pouring exactly the right amount. Grenadine is very sweet, so you don\u2019t need much.
\u2022 Garnish with your choice of fruit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SPARKLING ROS\u00c9 LEMONADE MOCKTAIL
Perfectly paired with a creamy risotto or salads, this recipe is super easy to follow and tastes amazing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need:

\u2022 Lemonade
\u2022 Slices of lemon to garnish<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method:
\u2022 Cut and arrange lemon slices in a glass.

ROS\u00c9 STRAWBERRY MOJITO
Not only does this mocktail look pretty, it tastes pretty great too. Easy to make in just a few simple steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need:
\u2022 Fresh organic strawberries \u2063
\u2063\u2022 2 limes (for garnish and juice)\u2063
\u2022 Simple syrup\u2063
\u2022 Mint leaves \u2063
\u2022 Freixenet Alcohol Removed Sparkling Ros\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method:
\u2022 In a glass with ice, pour 230ml of Freixenet Alcohol Removed Ros\u00e9.
\u2063\u2022 Crush 2 strawberries and 2 mint leaves in a cup\/bowl. \u2063
\u2022 Add to your Ros\u00e9:\u2063 30ml strawberry pur\u00e9e\u2063, 30ml lime juice\u2063, 30ml simple syrup\u2063 and the crushed strawberries and mint leaves.

WATERMELON AND LYCHEE PITCHER
This is a fruity recipe that adds alcohol free sparkling wine to make it feel a little more grown up\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need:
\u2022 1 kg watermelon (prepared weight), cut into cubes
\u2022 Ice
\u2022 90ml fresh lime juice, plus lime slices to serve
\u2022 120ml lychee syrup
\u2022 Freixenet Alcohol Removed Sparkling Ros\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method:
\u2022 Blitz the prepared watermelon in a blender until smooth.
\u2022 Tip some ice, the lime juice, lime slices, lychee syrup and pur\u00e9ed watermelon into a large pitcher, and stir well.
