The French 75
• 1 oz Gin
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• Half oz of simple syrup
• Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake.
• Strain into a flute glass
• Top with Freixenet Cava – 3oz
• Lemon Peel to garnish
