Character: Dry

Ingredients:
• 60ml watermelon purée
• 30 ml red fruit syrup
• 20 ml lemon juice
• Ice
• Mint
• Red currants
• A splash of Cordón Negro Brut
“Share with friends and celebrate la vida!”
Recipe:
1. Add the following ingredients to a shaker with ice:
• 60ml watermelon purée
• 30 ml red fruit syrup
• 20 ml lemon juice
2. Shake. Shake Shake.
3. Serve in a tall glass over ice.
4. Top off with Freixenet Cordón Negro.
5. Garnish with mint and red currants.
